New Security Rule at Neobux.com

A new rule has been implemented at Neobux.com to prevent cheating from members.

This will allow to better remove unwanted users from the filtering rules and provide a smoother selection and provide the advertisers with yet another safety.

The rule states that you, as a user, can only use a maximum of 3 distinct computers in a 10 day period to view advertisements (all other actions are allowed). Regular users use only 1 (about 83%) while others use 2. We've given another one just to avoid any issues for regular users.

This means that in the past 10 days, you can only use a maximum of 3 computers and nothing more. This also helps improve the rule that disallows cybercafés and all other shared environments.

Regarding computer usage in advertisement visualization:

* You can only use one account per computer (current TOS 2.8)
* You can only use a maximum of 3 distinct computers in a 10 day period (new TOS 2.9)

EDIT: For those that haven't understood, this is related to computers, not IP addresses. Two distinct things.
